I am originally from Monticello, Indiana where I love to spend time with family and friends. Growing up, I loved school and I want to instill that in our current youth.
I started out at Purdue University where I got my Bachelor's degree for Human Services with a focus in Nonprofit Management. I worked at United Way as an education liaison giving schools resources, tools, and support. After some time, I realized, that it wasn't fulfilling. After a couple years of exploration, I graduated from Butler University with my Master's in School Counseling. I have certificates in Grief Counseling, Trauma/Crisis, and Suicide Prevention. In my free time, I love spending time at sporting events and cheering on my favorite teams: the Chicago Bears, Chicago Cubs, Butler Bulldogs, and Purdue Boilers! I can also be found walking my dog-Alfred, kayaking, or reading a good book. |
